Welcome to The Exchange
The Exchange is an weekly online supplement to the Youth Development Exchange, an organization founded by Chiquita S. Williams. This journal is created and managed by a team of volunteers, from diverse fields, who bring their expertise to the site in order to examine issues that directly impact our youth. We are all deeply concerned about the future of society and we recognize that children are the key to preserving that future.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between children's concerns and the adults who have the ability to address and act on those concerns. Please join our debates by commenting on the articles of our current issue. Our primary objective is to get you involved in the issues that matter most, both online and by participating in the events that we often showcase. Please spread the word about both the events and the website!
We are dedicated to our mission and plan to grow quite a bit in the coming months, adding an event calender and discussion boards. We publish a new article every Tuesday that covers and aspect of the current series, located at the top of the page. Please note that the Exchange often deals with sensetive subjects and the editorials in this publication to not always represent the views of this publication. We strive to encorperate all views on our site and if you feel that there is an viewpoint that is being neglected, please inform us.
